Well, let’s think about that. Everyone was once an employee. What made YOU work hard? Was it to make the CEO an extra million dollars? Was it so that clients could consume more? Or was it the respect you had for your leader? Was it the kindness they’d shown you that needed to be returned in the form of your very best and most productive work?
